"Community & Belonging is committed to creating “a welcoming and diverse community of belonging for all" (Maryville College Faith and Learning Statement). Physically located on the third floor of Bartlett in suite 301, Community & Belonging provides support for student success and well-being by celebrating cultures, and identities, supporting student organizations, and providing opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to develop in their critical thinking, self-reflection, and ability to communicate across difference. Various campus events and educational workshops on different topics foster students' efficacy around connection and interpersonal development."
