HON 220H Applied Learning and Leadership
This honors seminar provides a flexible, individualized approach to leadership development and applied learning. Students engage in independent or small-group projects, guided readings, reflective exercises, and applied leadership activities tailored to their interests and schedules. Coursework may include case studies, leadership simulations, directed readings, or community-based projects, culminating in a portfolio or capstone deliverable that demonstrates personal growth, leadership insight, and applied learning. Faculty mentorship supports students in integrating theory, practice, and reflection, allowing the course to scale in intensity from 1 to 3 credits depending on the scope of the work.
