SOC 320 Development and Globalization
Critical examination of development and social change in the modern world, emphasizing the inequities of our current era of globalization and the myriad social issues facing the global community in the 21st century. The course will include a review of major theories of development and their implications for future development trajectories. (3 credit hours)
