EDU 211 Foundations of Environmental Education
This course explores the historical development and foundational principles of environmental education. Students will engage with nationally recognized programs such as Project Learning Tree, Project WET, and Project WILD. Emphasis is placed on designing age-appropriate learning experiences and applying inquiry-based teaching strategies to foster environmental literacy across educational settings. (3 credit hours)
